Context: 
Amazon Fresh Private Brands International (AFPBI) manages hundreds of food products across multiple European countries. Launches relied on outdated, manual workflows that created delays, misalignment, and inconsistency.
Problem: 
The EU markets needed a process that was scalable, collaborative, and adaptable — one that would reduce errors and accelerate speed-to-market, while balancing diverse stakeholder needs.
My Role & Leadership
I spearheaded the initiative to transform artwork operations across EU markets by:
- Leading cross-functional collaboration: Brought together design, compliance, vendor managers, and food safety teams who previously worked in silos, creating a unified approach.
- Driving stakeholder alignment: Built consensus where priorities conflicted, ensuring all voices were heard while still delivering a streamlined solution.
