Context:
The Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program offers individuals a route to run their own delivery businesses under the Amazon brand. However, prospective partners often spent an average of 4 months researching before applying, due to reliance on dense, text-heavy information on the program website.
The Challenge:
The website was the single information source and lacked engaging, easily digestible content. The goal: reduce research time, improve comprehension, and scale resources efficiently across EMEA markets.
My Role & Solution
I spearheaded an animated educational campaign to transform the DSP onboarding experience:
- Strategic content leadership: Identified animated video as the highest-impact format for explaining complex concepts quickly and memorably.
- Global resource negotiation: Built trust and alignment with colleagues in North America to mobilise an animator from another team—saving EU budget while accelerating output.
- Scalability & localisation: Developed animations that could be easily adapted into multiple languages and reused across markets.
- Cross-functional delivery: Coordinated content with legal, brand, and regional leads to align messaging and ensure global vision with local relevance.
